When it comes to weight loss, there’s a big difference between losing a bit of weight and a substantial amount.

It’s surprisingly easy to lose 5 pounds by accident:

  • Get busy with work, family, friends, and hobbies
  • Forget to eat enough for a few days
  • Drink just enough to not be thirsty

And bam…

You could lose 5 pounds without even thinking about it.

But when it comes to something like 20, 30, 50 pounds or more?

There’s no way around it…

You have to be intentional.

You have to follow at least some base level of plan.

And you have to put in work every day in one way or another.

It doesn’t happen by accident, especially in a way that can be sustained.
