This Is The Easiest Way To Stop Eating Fattening Foods

There’s a muscle in the body not enough people train which can be the difference between sticking to a diet and completely falling off:

Willpower.

I’m talking in the context of making yourself show up to your workouts and stick to your diet.

The more you train your willpower “muscle” the stronger it gets and the easier you can resist temptation to skip out or eat too much.

But here’s the problem with willpower:

Until you train it, it’s highly limited.

If you’re having a hard time getting into a diet and training routine, there’s no sense in playing on hard mode.

The goal is to make it as simple as possible to get momentum going, then improve from there.

So what can you do?

Stop testing your willpower by having tempting foods around you all the time…

If you have a trouble food, don’t buy it.

It’s a whole lot easier to not buy those particular foods than it is to buy it and not eat it.

However…

There is a decent case for planning to eat those same trouble foods in reasonable…
