Two of the most stubborn parts of the body are belly fat and love handles, which tend to be the hardest to trim up, and there are some definite foods to avoid when trying to get in shape.

The interesting part is the struggle point varies from person to person, because they can struggle with one, the other, or both.

But for me… I only tend to struggle with love handles since I can see at least some degree of my abs as high as 200lbs.

(for reference, I’m 163lbs as of writing this)

Fortunately, getting rid of belly fat is fairly simple as long as you’re able to do what I’m about to share:

There’s no denying some foods are good for your diet and other foods make it really hard to lose weight, so let’s break down 10 of the worst ones:

  4. Too much Chinese food
  5. Too many sub sandwiches
  6. Fast food combo meals
  7. Too many potato chips
  8. Too much ice cream
  9. Too many slices of pizza
  10. Too much chocolate
