Trick Your Body Into Losing Fat Easier With THIS

There are two categories of food:

The kinds that make you feel hungry and the kinds that have you feeling so full you can barely eat another bite.

Interestingly enough… the ultra filling, high satiety foods tend to be lower calorie too.

For example, 2 large slices of pizza are roughly 600 calories depending on the type and toppings.

Tastes amazing for sure, but for most people that’s barely filling and even if it is… you’ll find yourself hungry an hour later.

Compare that to something like this:

300g boneless skinless chicken thighs and an average 150g sweet potato.

It’s the same 600 calories or so, but a lot of people wouldn’t even be able to finish it and it’s considerably more filling.

The reason?

Protein and fiber.

This is the same reason I’ve talked about my 500 calorie blueberry and Greek yogurt oat bowl about a dozen times in the last month.

High satiety.

Both protein and fiber give you that full feeling, even without eating all that many calories.

Eggs, 90/10 ground beef, chicken breast, boneless skinless chicken thighs, and Greek yogurt are all high…
