These 3 Minor Diet Tweaks Can Make A Major Difference
One of the biggest reasons why people give up on dieting is because the changes they think they need to do are too drastic.
For example, back before I figured out the method I’ve been using for over a decade, I made the same mistake.
Instead of controlling calories and protein, I ate meals suitable for a toddler instead of a 196lbs (at the time) 5'11" adult male.
Here’s what I ate back then:
Breakfast was 2 eggs and spinach.
Lunch, if you can even call it that, was mixed nuts and a couple other snack-like foods I can’t recall right now…
And dinner was a full size meal, because I figured the other changes made enough of a difference, which they absolutely did.
There’s no way I clocked in more than 1,200–1,500 calories per day, which would have been a gigantic deficit for how much activity I was doing back then.
There’s no wonder why I only stuck with it for a couple weeks…
Fortunately, I’ve learned a lot since then.
