Try THIS To Avoid Burnout While Getting In Shape

Just over 12 years ago, I had no idea what I was doing with my life and got caught up in the whole… uh… “team business building” industry where you get 2 friends to join and they get 2 friends each to join and so on and so forth…

While I quickly found out it wasn’t for me, I got access to some really interesting mindset training audios.

One of them in particular really got my attention…

It was talking about the 90 day blitz concept:

This is where you can work really hard for a few months before needing any substantial break.

Then you take a week or two off to re-energize…

Then it’s back to another 90 day blitz.

Rinse and repeat.

While I’m no business expert, this whole concept just might make even more sense for getting in shape.

Do the big 3 really well for 90 days:

  • Be in a 500 per day calorie deficit
  • Lift weights 3+ days per week
  • Walk 5k+ steps per day

Then take a break by doing a week or two of maintenance calories and lighter…
