Vegeta’s Limit-Breaking Fat Loss Secrets
I was always a big fan of Dragon Ball Z growing up, even when I could only watch it on TV out of order and had no real idea of what was going on in the storyline…
But one character I always found interesting was Vegeta.
In his early days, he was an incredibly talented fighter and didn’t have to work too hard to be stronger than everyone else around him.
And since he was royalty, he was automatically respected (or feared) by nearly everyone.
It wasn’t until he was defeated by Goku and co early on in the show where he realized he had to train harder to get his revenge.
And so the journey began.
Once he recovered from the brutal beat down, he realized he was quite a bit stronger than before.
Interesting…
He quickly embarked on a mission on Planet Namek to figure out a way to defeat the big, bad boss, Frieza.
That mission was filled with incredibly powerful opponents, much stronger than he expected.
Those battles ended in one of two ways:
1. Absolute victory
or
2. Absolute defeat
