Want To Get In Shape? The Time Is Now
Just like that, Christmas has come and gone and I hope you had an amazing time.
My wife Martha went all out on presents for our daughters, and when I say that… I mean it.
We still haven’t opened all the gifts lol but we will.
And now, at least for most people, everything goes back to normal for a week until the new year begins.
I’m about to get ready for an 11 hour workday with just over an hour of round-trip commute time, followed by dinner and family time.
And then I’ll push myself to do the push day workout from the at-home version of my program, even if it’s 10pm.
If you haven’t got in the groove with your diet and training yet…
Then the time is now.
Start now and get ahead of all the people waiting until January.
Even though it’s less than a week away, most people are in hibernate mode so even that extra week can do you well.
Set the foundation now.
Start building the habits.
If you can do this now, you’ll hardly recognize yourself (in the best way possible) come summer time.
