I know it dramatically changed the course of my life when I started my original diet and training program, which was a fair bit stricter.

And over the years, I’ve only improved it to the point where I have the closest thing to complete freedom while still being able to get steady results.

Before I learned what I know now, I’ve tried this whole dieting thing and it never worked.
