What I Eat In A Day To Support My Fitness Goals

I’ve had many a conversation over the years about what to eat on a diet, and my answer always seems surprising, confusing, or both.

We’re usually taught, in one way or another, that in order to get in shape we need to eat healthy:

Low sugar, low fat, less junk food.

More salads, more chicken, more fruits and vegetables.

And while that’s generally good advice…

It becomes challenging for so many people to stick to so quickly because it’s usually a dramatic change they’re not willing to stick to long term.

So even though I present an incredibly balanced approach, it’s still met with mental resistance because it doesn’t seem right.

But those who follow it?

They get steady results, because it’s actually enjoyable and sustainable.

And having said all of that…

I figured I’d share how I ate yesterday to support building strength and muscle without getting fat:

  • 3 Egg and 17g cheddar cheese breakfast sandwich on a burger bun
  • 3 Rice Krispies Treats for a snack
  • 5oz beef and 17g…
