I’m not afraid to admit that.
I’m speaking from experience here, not just because I used to sit on the couch all day, play video games, drink too much, and essentially make a sport out of eating lots of food…
But even today as I sit here to write this I’m completely exhausted.
I would love to go back to sleep, but it just ain’t gonna happen.
This is what I have to do instead:
I gotta take care of my wife and our two babies while she recovers from her broken toe.
We have a PT appointment for our youngest to help her build strength and confidence with crawling and walking (which is working wonders btw).
I’m writing every morning and shooting videos every night to help current and future fitness clients.
I’m starting from scratch with obedience training for my pup because I fell off so bad over the last year and she needs that guidance.
I’m cooking, cleaning, and landscaping.
