What Is Your Fitness Vision?
Before I got started with diet and training, I never thought I’d look anything like I do now.
I’m not the most jacked and tan individual on the planet…
But I’m barely recognizable compared to my prior self.
I dropped the fat, packed on some decent muscle mass, and have more energy than I know what to do with.
(meaning I need to figure out how to sleep more lol)
Anyway, this sparked a thought…
You know that ever-so-lame interview question:
“Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”
I’ve had to ask this several times when I’ve interviewed prospective employees, and most people don’t have a clear answer.
It’s no surprise so many struggle with day to day life and feeling a sense of purpose.
Nothing against these people.
It’s just that so few are taught how to create a vision of where they truly want to be in life, put together a plan to get there, and follow through with it.
I’m not claiming to be an expert in this, I’m not perfect by any means, and I’m definitely not a life coach either…
…but I do know the power of having a vision and acting upon it, especially when it comes to fitness.
