What To Do If You Eat Too Much (A Time-Tested And Proven Approach)
Today I’m going to give you a real life example of what to do when you eat too much when trying to lose weight and a couple insights to help you avoid this becoming a problem in the future:
A couple days ago, I ended up eating a fair bit more than I normally do because we completely ran out of groceries and didn’t place the order in time.
And yes, we order groceries because it costs us $10 bucks a month for “free” delivery (instead of $6 per order) and saves us hours per month.
So we ended up buying both lunch and dinner out as we were running around doing errands.
Here’s How Easy It Is To Overeat
We ended up getting burgers from Culver’s because my wife is trying a gluten free diet to see if it helps her feel better and they have a lot of accommodations for all diet preferences.
(Note: She has felt better since reducing gluten-ridden foods)
Between the Sourdough double burger melt and fries, we’re talking an easy 1,000 calories and 50g protein.
After that we went home for a bit and took care of our babies before dinnertime came out of nowhere and we remembered we had nothing for dinner either.
