What To Do When You Mess Up Your Diet
Ever been in one of those situations where you “accidentally” eat a pint of ice cream?
Same.
No matter which dieting style you’re using, it’s quite difficult to slam back a Ben and Jerry’s…
…and still hit your protein, carbs, and fats goals while staying within your calorie limits so you can reach your fitness goals.
So what do you do?
There are 3 main paths you can take depending on your personality:
1. The Generic Underachiever — This type of individual realizes they messed up and starts feeling guilty. But instead of just continuing along they either “get back on the diet Monday” or just give up altogether. No bueno, and a very common mentality.
2. The Chatoic Dieter — This individual feels zero shame and you never know what you can expect from them. Hardcore diet one day, dirty bulk the next day. Sometimes known to do 2 hours of cardio to make up for over-eating, and other times do nothing at all. Constantly stressed but perfectly fine with it. Fortuntately, this is a less common type.
3. The Calm And Collected Dieter — This kind of person acknowledges they should have made a better dieting decision and accepts the facts. They get right back on the diet with the very next meal because they know one…
