When Losing Weight Feels Impossible, Do THIS

I was talking crazy last night with how tired I was so my bright idea tonight was to go to sleep early.

And that I did…

Except I went to sleep so early I didn’t even get to record my video of the day yet.

Maybe I got a ping from my subconscious or something, but I woke up at 10:45pm ready to go.

So I got up fully energized from my 90 minute nap, idea in hand, grabbed my camera and microphone, and went to the studio to shoot the video I’m about to share.

  • One of the biggest struggles people face with dieting that maybe only the Amish can avoid
  • Why certain diets work for some people while others fail completely, even if it’s the exact same diet
  • The proven principles behind dieting and why even that is still an ever-so-fun guessing game
  • A proven plan forward to not only determine how much you should eat, but how to recognize which foods you should eat based on a couple different factors
