After spending 2 years publishing 387 stories here on Medium, nearly 600 daily emails to my newsletter, and posting hundreds and hundreds of videos…

At the end of the 2024, I made the executive decision to quit my fitness business and stop writing every day.

It was right around when I started my current day job back in November when…

I realized I had a problem:

There was a lack of alignment with what I was doing and what I actually wanted to do.

I was constantly adjusting my business plan and going back and forth on whether I wanted to continue being an online trainer or not, or if I should just sell programs.

Sure, I was still showing up every day and getting my name and face out there as someone who can help you get in shape…

But after a while, it stopped being fun.

It showed in my content.

My content stopped getting the views it did before, and it was helping fewer and fewer people by the day.

Eventually, I made that decision to stop and figure out my next path in the online world.
