Why Is It So Hard To Lose Weight?

Once you know how simple it can be to lose weight and get in shape, you’ll wonder why you didn’t start years ago…

But before I get into that, get this:

According to The Harvard School Of Public Health, obesity rates have “more than doubled since 1980” and the majority of adults are at least considered overweight. (source)

Now, I’m all for taking personal responsibility but seeing these stats has me thinking there’s something fundamentally wrong with the way people eat.

And I can’t really say I’m surprised, considering the constantly-in-your-face advertising of fast food, snacks, high-calorie restaurants, and the candy in those impulse racks at the grocery store.

It’s like fighting an uphill battle every day.

Not to mention friends and family aren’t always the most supportive, despite being friends and family.

With all that said, it’s really no wonder why it’s so difficult to lose weight.

So what can you do?

Well, it’s going to take work and dedication on the physical side of things like what you eat and what you do for exercise…

But it’s going to take even more work and dedication on the mental side of things.
