Why My 12 Week Coaching Program Is Not For You

Got a question from Inner Circle member Evan a while back:

“I noticed your sales letter mentioned a food scale and calorie-tracking app.

I’ve weighed food in the past and lost a significant amount of weight tracking calories.

But I gained it all back.

I’m looking for permanent results.

How will your coaching program help with that?”

Here was my short answer:

“…it’s less about the specific tactics and more about building good daily habits you can use well beyond the coaching program to continue to get results long term.”

Building those habits isn’t easy, but sometimes it really is that simple.

It worked that way for me, even 10 years after starting.

That said, we went on to talk about other aspects of the program after that…
