Why My Strange Dieting Methods Won’t Work
Even though I think my strange dieting methods are the most fun and sustainable way to get in shape and helped me stay fit for over a decade now, they won’t always work.
There are a couple reasons for this:
First off, it does take even more discipline than something like a classic bodybuilding diet of chicken, rice, broccoli, etc.
With that kind of diet you don’t have much choice, and you simply eat what the meal plan says.
It’s boring, but it works.
On the other hand, with my dieting methods you can pretty much eat whatever you want as long as it fits within your calorie and protein goals.
But that benefit of freedom can also be a downside for some.
If you’re eating 3 donuts for a total of 910 calories, it doesn’t leave a whole lot of room for real meals and to still hit your protein goal for the day.
So you still have to be careful of food choices and avoid things you have hard time controlling.
For example, you won’t see me buying Oreos because I can’t seem to just have a few.
Back to the classic, more structured diet…
It doesn’t require tracking calories once you have the meal plan set up.
