Why My Workouts Are So Short Yet Still Give Me Consistent Results

After being involved in the fitness industry in one way or another for years now, either as a consumer or gym manager or publisher or now online coach…

I’ve come across the common theme of people thinking you need to workout more to get more results.

An hour or more per day.

Several days per week.

While there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that if you can fit it in your schedule, it’s not the only way.

I only workout 3 days per week for 30–45 minutes per session:

Chest, shoulders, and triceps one day.

Back and biceps another day.

Legs on the third day.

Sometimes my workouts are even shorter than 30 minutes, and I still get stronger and look better over time.

I didn’t do this because I uncovered some magical secret about how it’s the best way for anyone to train…

It’s technically and scientifically not.

But when I factor in the amount of time I have as a married dad of 2 with a dog and 3 cats, a house to maintain, and big goals to accomplish…
