Why Weight Loss Plateaus Are A Myth
Got a question from one of my Inner Circle members a few days ago:
-
“What do you all do when hitting plateaus? I had one friend tell me he eats his caloric need (not in a deficit) for a day to get out of a plateau. That doesn’t work for me. Generally it takes me a month to continue losing weight”

I share my answer below:
Truth be told, dieting isn’t easy.
And the hardest part is battling your own mind and breaking old habits, so you can continue losing weight and getting the results you want.
There are 3 main reasons why plateaus aren’t a real thing:
1. Lack of understanding
2. Lack of patience
3. Lack of honesty
If you’ve read The Ultimate Guide To Fat Loss, tuned into the podcast, or read my emails, you probably don’t have a lack of understanding on what makes diets work.
