Will You Get Too Bulky From Lifting Weights?

…said no one, ever.

Knowing what I know now, it’s kind of a funny thought to worry about getting too big from lifting weights in the gym.

But to be fair, it makes sense.

I even said it myself when I first got started, because I’d rather look toned and fit than be big and muscular.

And here I am over 10 years later still not big and bulky despite getting way stronger, leaner, and having built a good amount of muscle.

I think the worry came from looking at magazines and ads everywhere of muscular models, and I can understand that most people don’t really want to look like that.

But there are three main things you need to have in place in order to get massive in the first place:

1. Impeccable diet and training program
2. Supreme genetics for muscle growth
3. Those injectable “sports supplements”

Without all three of those at the same time, the odds of getting bigger than you want is very unlikely.

Especially by accident.

So train as hard as you can, and if you find yourself getting too jacked then you could always dial it back a bit.

But the truth is…

Not even natural bodybuilders who dedicate their life to the best diet and training available gain muscle that easily.

Instead of worrying about that, it’s better to focus on sticking to a program that works for you so you can get in the best shape possible.

And if you need help with that…
