Winter Prepping For Your Summer Body
Call me crazy, but now is a better time than ever to start getting ready for summer because it comes up quick.
Better to get the ball rolling now than to wait until April or May and realize there’s pretty much no time left.
Think about it this way:
If you’re able to get locked in on a sustainable diet and training program, you can expect to drop 1 pound per week.
Maybe more in the beginning, but that tapers off fast.
If you start today, there’s 29 weeks until summer.
Simple math suggests you can lose at least 29 pounds if you stick with the program the whole time.
How would that change the way you look?
For most people, that would be life changing.

The first part is download MyFitnessPal, input your info, set your goal to lose 1 pound per week, and track every bite of food you eat and sip of drink you have.
The second part is get on a proven workout program like a 3 day Push Pull Legs routine and always push to get better every session.
