He was this Greek athlete from way back in the 5th century BC who had some pretty intense diet and training methods.
According to the story, he would eat upwards of 16 pounds of meat every day and one of his training methods would seem downright insane by today’s standards.
Essentially, he would find a baby bull calf, pick him up, and carry him on his shoulders uphill every day.
