Even though I’m a major advocate of calorie and protein tracking, it’s not something you have to do for the rest of your life.

Does it make getting in shape easier?

Yes.

Does it make staying in shape easier?

Yes.

Does it only take 10 minutes per day to keep yourself on track and get consistent results you can count on?

Yes.

But that doesn’t mean you have to make a lifetime commitment to tracking to be in great shape.

However, I’d still argue it’s one of the highest impact things you can do to figure out how much food your body needs so you can control your weight at will.

Imagine this for a second:

You wake up, get ready for the day, and spend a few minutes planning out your meals.

All you have to do from there is eat the meals you planned that fit within your daily calorie goal.

Repeat this process every day until you reach your goal weight.

And that’s dieting in a nutshell.

You might be wondering…

When can you stop tracking?
